Terms of Service

Jenifer Anne Photography maintains full intellectual property rights to all images produced during the photography session. Client shall have no right to reproduce or distribute proofs unless prior written approval is provided by Jenifer Anne Photography.  Final photos belong to the Client upon the outstanding amout being paid to Jenifer Anne Photography.

Should the Client wish to use any of the images taken by Jenifer Anne Photography for commercial use or competition entries it is with respect that Jenifer Anne Photography be notified of this.
